Orders and Purchase

You will receive two mails as the confirmation after placing an order on DJB, the one from “stripe” and the other from “DJB”.
To check your order status, please be login when you are purchasing the product, and you can check your current and historical orders in “My Account” after completion.

Since eSIM does not have a physical entity, it will not be sent physically. You will receive an e-mail with the product and activation information.

An eSIM is a SIM card that is embedded in a mobile device and can connect you to any operator offering eSIM services.

The only difference between eSIM and physical SIM card is the way to activate the plan. The other things such as network speed, reception, and quality are all the same.

Sorry, it can’t be. An eSIM can only be installed on one device, and it cannot be activate or download on other devices after it is used.

If you accidentally delete the eSIM plan, you need to purchase and install the new plan because it cannot be recovered.

First, please make sure that “Cellular Data” and “Data Roaming” are turned on, and “Cellular Data” is correct switched to eSIM plan. If you still cannot connect, you can reset the APN and reboot the phone.

Since many airports may set some equipment up to filter signals, the internet speed inside the airport may be unstable or slow, so it is recommended to try again after leaving the airport.

If you have completed all the settings on your iPhone but still can’t access the Internet, you can try resetting the network settings.

Reset Route:「Settings」-「General」-「Transfer or Reset iPhone」-「Reset」 – 「Reset Network Settings」

Resetting network settings only affects the network settings, it will not change or remove the phone settings.

The reduced speed network can still be used, but basically you can only send text messages and browse text pages. If you need to send audio, photo, and video or watch movie or clip, it will take more time to load.
